The Global BioImaging project launches its second Shadowing Program for imaging facility staff!


After the success of the first round of the Global BioImaging shadowing program, which took place during 2017 with seven people travelling to international imaging facilities, the Global BioImaging project consortium is proud to announce that over 20 applications were recieved fot the second open call of job shadowing for imaging facility staff!

Selection of the travel grants' awardees is now ongoing. Selected facility staff members within the Global BioImaging Project Network (Euro-BioImaging, Australian National Imaging Facility, Australian Microscopy & Microanalysis Research Facility, India-BioImaging) will receive funding to make a period of job shadowing at another GBI imaging facility.

The shadowing visits are foreseen to begin in early 2018.
