WP3: Process Plan

 

The main objective of Working Group Process Plan is to define the mission, function and benefits as well as the deployment of Euro-BioImaging including a working plan for the implementation phase.
 
To do so the Working Group will:
 
Develop and maintain a common harmonized vision for BioImaging infrastructure in Europe through in depth consultation with all relevant stakeholders
 
  • provide a strategic review of current, relevant European biomedical imaging resources in terms of their technical equipment, external user accessibility, their international impact, their funding
  • establish a working plan for inclusion of new partners and new technologies including criteria for Euro-BioImaging ‘certification’.
  • provide an evaluation of the impact of the planned measures. Results of the impact study will be used for adjustments of the working plan and policy designing purposes
  • provide a business plan integrating the working plan and the results of WG Finance Planning
