Imaging Flow Cytometry* (IFC)

Imaging Flow Cytometry combines the speed, sensitivity and strong statistical power of conventional flow cytometry with the detailed imagery, spatial information and functional insight of microscopy all in a single platform. Up to one thousand cells per second can be simultaneously investigated thus allowing quantitative image-based cellular assays in large and highly heterogeneous cell populations, as well as in rare sub populations.
