3D microscopy imaging with clearness

Portuguese Platform for BioImaging (PPBI) Node are delighted to announce the 1st edition of the "3D microscopy imaging with clearness" workshop organised by i3s that will take place in Porto from 6-8th of November.

Clearing techniques are increasingly applied daily as we often want to image specimens that are not typically transparent. However, one must remember that each sample and application will always require hands-on optimization of the clearing method of choice. To help you dive into the clearing methods world, we designed this workshop where you will be presented with different clearing methods and where you will be in contact with different imaging techniques, such as light sheet microscopy.

The workshop will be run from the November 6-8th. On November 9th and 10th, there will be a Zeiss Lightsheet 7 demonstration to the i3S community. However, workshop participants can also attend these sessions if wanted.
