Advanced Course on Preclinical Imaging

The Euro-BioImaging Prague Node is organising an Advanced Course on Preclinical Imaging, taking place from  September 8-12, 2025 in Prague and Brno. This course is jointly organized by the 3 of our bioimaging facilities at the Institute of Experimental Medicine (IEM MSC), Institute of Physiology (IPHYS BIF), and Institute of Scientific Instruments (ISI MR). It is designed for researchers with a serious interest in integrating in vivo imaging into their projects.

Registration deadline: 30 June 2025

The course aims to teach preclinical imaging techniques, including:

• In vivo two-photon microscopy 
• In vivo multi-photon-based label-free techniques (SHG, THG, CARS) 
• Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)

Additionally, the bioimaging sessions will be supplemented by training in cranial window surgery and theoretical lectures.
