The Euro-BioImaging All Hands Nodes meeting will take place in person at EMBL Heidelberg from March 25-28, 2025. The aim of the annual All-Hands’meeting is to bring together scientists from the Euro-BioImaging Nodes to meet each other, encourage interdisciplinary collaborations, and to discuss most relevant topics for Euro-BioImaging operation and developments in imaging. Fluorescence Lifetime Imaging (FLIM) Analysis

AI for image analysis: Exploring synergies between AI4Life and the Euro-BioImaging Nodes communities
This collaborative workshop between the AI4Life project and the Euro-BioImaging Node communities explores how AI/ML-powered tools can enhance image analysis and imaging research. We will discuss how AI4Life’s services - such as a FAIR repository of pre-trained AI models (the BioImage Model Zoo) or the AI-ready dataset gallery from the BioImage Archive - can support Euro-BioImaging Nodes, and collect feedback on how these services can be improved to better meet the needs of the Node communities. Through interactive discussions, we will define concrete pathways for collaboration and developing new resources. This workshop is an opportunity to connect, contribute, and shape the future of AI-driven image analysis tools for the life sciences.
