Abstract

This talk presents an ISO 27001-ready High-Performance Computing (HPC) infrastructure designed to support secure, scalable, and reproducible AI research in precision medicine. Through imaging applications in lung cancer screening, we address key challenges in medical AI, including workflow reproducibility, computational scalability, and the impact of dataset size on model performance. We also introduce a template-based framework for mapping chest CT scans into a common anatomical space, enabling robust group analyses.
