Super-resolution in Light Microscopy 2025

The EMBO Practical Course on Super-resolution in Light Microscopy provides lecturing and hands-on training in advanced imaging techniques, covering confocal-based computational super-resolution, Structured Illumination Microscopy (SIM), and Nanoscopy (STED & SMLM).

Participants will learn from leading experts and application specialists through lectures, keynotes, and hands-on sessions with state-of-the-art microscopy systems. The course is ideal for PhD students, postdocs and researchers in biology or microscopy facility staff, looking to deepen their expertise in super-resolution techniques. Euro-BioImaging Hub Team members Johanna Bischof will be present and Aastha Mathur and Isabel Kemmer will organise a remote workshop on data topics for the course.
