Abstract
High-resolution 3D imaging of cleared tissues is often hindered by the high cost and complexity of traditional light-sheet microscopy. We introduce SLICE, a compact, affordable, benchtop platform utilizing Projected Light-Sheet Microscopy (pLSM) to provide accessible, high-resolution volumetric visualization. SLICE employs dual-opposing light sheets and real-time Dynamic Refractive Shift Correction, ensuring compatibility across diverse clearing protocols without hardware adjustments.
The system features an integrated end-to-end computational pipeline for automated acquisition, stitching, and 3D visualization. By eliminating specialized infrastructure requirements, SLICE democratizes high-performance imaging for neuroscience, oncology, and clinical applications.
