Abstract

Quality and reliability are critical for the scientific soundness of MRI studies. However, while clinical MRI benefits from well-established standard protocols, the preclinical imaging community still lacks a systematic approach to Quality Assurance (QA). To address this, we present a multi-centre proof-of-concept study implementing an harmonized protocol designed to monitor scanner reliability. By aligning quality control workflows with automated analysis, we aim to ensure the long-term reproducibility of preclinical imaging datasets.
