Abstract

Automating Data Extraction for Research

Pedro Mallol,

La Fe University and Polytechnic Hospital, BIMCV Node

GIBI230 is a research group focused on the development and validation of imaging biomarkers and Artificial Intelligence models. To achieve this, we have an infrastructure of image and clinical data repositories (Real-World Data) integrated across all hospital disciplines to centralise and standardise data for more efficient management. Thanks to this infrastructure, we can quickly and efficiently create research datasets, which are crucial for the development and implementation of clinical decision support systems.
