FAIR Image Data Workflows Expert Group

The FAIR Image Data Workflows Expert Group at Euro-BioImaging is a dynamic community dedicated to improving the accessibility, interoperability, and reproducibility of image analysis workflows. We bring together researchers, developers, and trainers to share knowledge, develop best practices, and collaboratively enhance FAIR principles in bioimage data analysis.

Our primary goals are to:

  • Coordinate efforts to reduce redundancy in tools, workflows, and training.
  • Share our work to showcase our advancements.
  • Support each other through knowledge-sharing, troubleshooting, and collaboration.

Additionally, we strive to:

  • Implement FAIR principles to make workflows reproducible and reusable.
  • Expand documentation and training resources for accessible learning and skill-building.
