Euro-BioImaging is happy to present our monthly webinar series, hosted by the Plant Imaging Expert Group. These sessions create a vibrant platform for researchers, technologists, and imaging specialists to share knowledge and explore new frontiers in plant science.

Our Plant Imaging Expert Group brings together Imaging specialists from Euro-BioImaging Nodes and beyond, researchers applying plant imaging in their work as well as technology developers pushing the boundaries of the field.

Together, we aim to explore the diverse plant imaging technologies and applications available across Euro-BioImaging and other European and global initiatives, foster collaboration between experts and users of these cutting-edge tools and accelerate discovery through interdisciplinary exchange.

  • Core facility staff and imaging specialists
  • Technology developers and Industry professionals

HYDROSENSING PROJECT: Discovering how plants send water stress

During this meeting we welcomed Thorsten Hamann, Christine Ziegler and Malcom J Bennett who introduced us to the HYDROSENSING project and more specifically the application of advanced imaging technologies to investigate cellular biology of water perception in plants.
