COMULISglobe SESAME Training school – Opportunity for Node staff

Published February 22, 2025

As part of the EVOLVE project, Euro-BioImaging supports its Nodes to become more actively engaged with selected external partner communities and to take advantage of the opportunities offered by these communities.

COMULISglobe is one of the Euro-BioImaging partner communities, dedicated to Correlative and Multimodal Imaging.

COMULISglobe is organising a training school at the SESAME Synchrotron on Synchrotron Radiation Applications and Correlated Multimodal Imaging in Life Sciences on May 11th-12th 2025.

This training event presents a fantastic opportunity to visit the SESAME Synchrotron facility in Jordan, get hands-on experience with beam time, and learn from lectures from experts in the field. The training's focus on highlighting diverse applications of synchrotron radiation in life science research is great for any Node staff interested in correlating such data with their own facilities' imaging tools.

More information on the training school can be found here - https://www.comulis.eu/sesame

To facilitate participation of Euro-BioImaging Nodes in this training, two Node staff members are eligible to receive up to 750 € travel support. Applications for the can be submitted here until March 31st and applications for the training school itself here.
