Did you know? It’s now possible for Node staff to submit an access proposal to a Euro-BioImaging Node on behalf of a user. This is easily done via the portal, once the user has registered.

Step 1: Login, click on the “Access technologies” button and start an access proposal

Step 2: Select the Node and the technology(ies)

Step 3: In the application form, answer “yes” to the question “Are you submitting this proposal on behalf of someone else?” and start typing the user’s name to select it from the list of registered users.

Step 4: Fill in the application with the information provided by the user.

Access proposals filled in on behalf of the user are also eligible for fast-track review, if they meet the condition of having already undergone external scientific review, e.g. as part of a funded research project.

Any user coming from an external institution to a Node facility should apply for access via the Euro-BioImaging web portal.
