New paper on how Galaxy can support FAIR bioimage analysis
A new paper published in the Journal of Microscopy brings together several years of community work around FAIR bioimage analysis in Galaxy.
The Euro-BioImaging Hub team will have a strong presence at ELMI2022 in Turku, Finland from June 7-10. In addition to the plenary presentation from our Directors, we have reserved Booth #12 in the exhibition space. You can stop by to meet our Hub team at any time!
Additionally, several of our Nodes will join us on our booth for "Meet our Node" sessions - see details of the sessions below. Come by the booth to hear from the Nodes about their expertise and coolest imaging systems, and to meet your colleagues.
If you will be attending ELMI, we hope you will stop by Booth #12 to talk about open access to imaging services and learn more about our infrastructure.
Highlights:
Below are some of the opportunities we’ve planned to exchange about imaging services. Stop by Booth #12 for up-to-date schedules, information about our planned events & to pick up some Euro-BioImaging give-aways.
Thursday, June 9th at 11:50 am: Euro-BioImaging Director General, John Eriksson, and Bio-Hub Director, Antje Keppler will give a joint talk on ”Euro-BioImaging – Perspectives, objectives, and opportunities”.
Here’s the tentative schedule of planned events on the Euro-BioImaging booth (all events are scheduled during coffee breaks).
