Are you a Euro-BioImaging Node staff member eager to broaden your professional horizons, exchange innovative ideas, and enhance your expertise? The second call for applications to the Cross-Node Job Shadowing Program is now open, offering a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the daily operations of fellow Nodes across Europe.
The Cross-Node Job Shadowing initiative, part of the EU-funded EVOLVE project, facilitates staff exchanges among Euro-BioImaging Nodes. This program enables participants to gain insights and expertise from their counterparts at hosting Nodes, fostering a collaborative environment for learning and growth. Participants can delve not only into details of instruments, techniques, and data management practices but also into aspects of facility operations, Node administration and essential soft skills.
This program is open to all Euro-BioImaging Node staff, including technicians, administrative employees, and Node managers. Everyone is encouraged to apply and take advantage of this enriching experience.
The first round of the program, conducted between September 2024 and March 2025, saw twelve participants immerse themselves at various Nodes, sharing knowledge and best practices. Get inspired with the stories of our previous fellows and hosts!
The second call for applications is accepting submissions until May 16th, 2025. If you work at a Euro-BioImaging Node you will have received the link to the official application and our host-pairing submission forms.
